A few years into content creation & I still haven’t done even one brand collaboration. Not because brands haven’t reached out but because most come with fixed scripts and # the same old “weight loss” angle. Even when the product is good, that kind of messaging just doesn’t sit right with me.

For me, real collaboration means honesty. Let me try it my way, speak in my voice & share both the good and the flaws. Dear brands, I’m open to working together, but not at the cost of my values or my audience’s trust.

Choose wisely

Food adulteration is not just “milawat”. It is a public health crime. Till the time the system treats this casually, people will keep selling poison in the name of festive food.

As consumers, we can stay alert, buy from trusted sources, check labels, question unusually cheap sweets & report suspicious products.
But real change will only come when adulteration is punished strongly and consistently.

Many people assume homeschooled kids are “too protected” because they don’t face daily school bullying. But a few days back, an adult said something really unkind to my son and his friend.

When I asked why he didn’t reply, he said, “His words didn’t make sense, and maybe he was stressed… so I blessed him.” That day I realised resilience isn’t always about answering back. Sometimes, it’s about knowing what doesn’t deserve your energy.

Many of my clients are business owners & entrepreneurs & one pattern I often see is this: emotional eating sometimes when their growth is happening fast. More responsibility, more stress, changing friend circles (yes it has huge impact on your psychology) and a lifestyle that others may not relate to anymore.
Food then becomes the easiest comfort, not because they lack discipline but because their nervous system is looking for safety. Growth is powerful, but it also needs emotional regulation, rest & support.

Food poisoning cases are rising & it’s not just about what we eat- it’s also about how food is handled, cooked, stored & served. Small food safety mistakes can lead to serious health issues.

Same calories. Almost same protein. Very different fullness.
A protein bar is not bad but many times we treat it like a small snack when calorie-wise, it can easily be an entire meal.

On the plate: toast + eggs + spinach.
More volume, more chewing, more nutrients, and much better satiety.
When you’re starting your journey, don’t obsess over every calorie from day one. First, balance your meals, add protein, add fibre & build structure.
But yes, as your journey gets longer, calories do matter. Even healthy foods need to fit into your overall intake.

Balance your body first. Then fine-tune the numbers.

If a guest asks for normal water, we don’t force them to drink cold water.
Then why do we force people to eat dessert, drink alcohol, or “just have one bite”?
And no, even “healthy pushing” doesn’t become okay. You can encourage, offer & support but you cannot force someone to eat what they don’t wish to eat 🙌
Respect is also hospitality.
Let people choose what goes on their plate.

Everything starts with just one 1️⃣ Strong message in this video

“No palm oil. No petrol. No kerosene. No cholesterol.”
Sounds healthy, right? 😂

But it’s literally just water + sugar + a few drops of lemon.

That’s how clever marketing works. Brands highlight what was never supposed to be there in the first place, and suddenly the product feels “clean,” “safe,” or “healthy.”
So next time a label screams FREE FROM, pause and ask:
“Was this ingredient even expected to be there?”
