This struggle is not related to our knowledge, but to the neural patterns that have developed in our subconscious mind. In honor of Women’s Day, I will be conducting a session on above at Boston Scientific and will be sharing my knowledge about emotional eating. "Friends can't be your clients; friends can't be your mentors." Well, with the incredible girl Dr. Saloni, I've come to realize that this statement doesn't hold true. Before meeting her, my mindset was aligned with this notion that seeking advice or professional help from friends might not be effective as they don’t take you seriously. However, Saloni is not only a wonderful friend but also my valued client and, most importantly, my mentor. She has shattered these preconceived beliefs I had. Thank you, Saloni, for dispelling these unnecessary notions.
