We were delighted to host an engaging press conference at Icon Hospital, Surat, where we shared the vision behind MantraM and our revolutionary Mantra 3 robotic surgical system.

The event began with the screening of the SS Innovations corporate video, followed by an in-depth briefing with doctors and media on our mission to advance accessible, state-of-the-art surgical care across India.

We were honoured by the presence of leading specialists,
Dr. Anurag Nema (GI Surgeon), Dr. Rishi Grover (Urosurgeon), Dr. Parimalsinh Gharia (Urosurgeon), and Dr. Ritu Grover (Gynaecologist) — who shared their perspectives on innovation, excellence, and the future of surgical care.

The highlight of the day was the MantraM Tour, where attendees stepped inside the mobile MantraM bus to experience firsthand the design, modular operation theatre setup, and advanced features of our tele-surgery-enabled Mantra 3 system. This immersive experience showcased how SSI is making world-class robotic surgery accessible beyond conventional hospital walls.

We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the Mantra Surgical Robotic System at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Prasanthigram—a significant milestone in our ongoing pursuit of excellence in patient care.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. R.J. Rathnakar (Managing Trustee, SSSCT), in the esteemed presence of Mr. K. Chakravarthi, Mr. I.S.N. Prasad (Trustees, SSSCT), Dr. Gurumurthy (Director, SSSIHMS - PG), Dr. Anilkumar Mulpur (Joint Director & Head of CTVS), Dr. Dilip Patil (Head of Urology), Rama Krishna Reddy Dyava, CTO, SS Innovations International, Inc. along with other senior medical and administrative leaders.

Dr. Venkatesh Munikrishnan performed a robotic anterior resection from SSI HQ, Gurugram, on a patient at Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Chennai — marking:
✅ First telesurgery for resectable colorectal cancer
✅ First telesurgery in the Apollo Hospitals network
