Let’s get moving!Exercise Demonstrations (10-15 seconds each): 1. Neck Turn • Sit or stand upright, shoulders relaxed. • Slowly turn your head to the right, hold for 2 seconds, then return to the center. Repeat on the left side. • Tip: Keep your movements controlled. 2. Chin Tuck • Sit or stand with your back straight. • Gently pull your chin straight back as if making a “double chin.” Hold for 2 seconds, then release. • Tip: Avoid tilting your head up or down; keep it level. 3. Corner Stretch • Stand facing a corner with your feet staggered for balance. • Place your forearms on the walls, elbows slightly below shoulder level. Lean in gently until you feel a stretch across your chest. • Tip: Keep your back straight to avoid strain.Closing (5-10 seconds): • Encourage consistency and highlight the benefits. • Example: “Try this routine for 10 reps each morning and evening to keep neck pain at bay.
