BodhXfit, the Box at Sushant Lok is a world-class functional fitness box located in the heart of Gurgaon. Our aim is to make fitness accessible, make training fun and make a healthy lifestyle easier to start and maintain. We believe that fitness is not a privilege, but a necessity in today’s stressful and arduous life. The aim of BodhXfit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have

sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. Our program is based on functional fitness methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We will train for longevity, train for health and most of all, and we will train for fun. We take pride in building the highest quality functional fitness facilities and staff with only the best of the best. Our coaching staff has many years of functional fitness training experience. We are going to make sure that everyday you leave us feeling a little bit (or a lot) better than how you entered.
