Diving Deep with Pranayama
This is a series of breath work that we will learn as we build up, over a period of time
We will be learning:
-How to breathe correctly.
-How does breath impact our minds.
-Simple techniques
-To keep the anxiety low
-To manage Blood pressure
-To improve energy levels.
-To reduce stress.
-To improve sleep quality.

Days/ Time:
6:45-7:25 am Wednesdays
8-8:40 am Saturdays
These will be ongoing sessions with an ease to join or return after a break.
The goal is to continue to learn and breathe together in collective space to calm the mind and improve the quality of focus.
