🔸 Water Memory Ritual
Keep a glass of water under the moonlight whisper one thing you want to release into it. Drink this mindfully in the morning
This is a Symbolic release along with a shift in one’s subconscious.
🔸 Karmic Closure Writing
Write ONE pattern with a black pen that you’re ready to break. Fold the paper and keep it under a white flower overnight. Discard it the next day.
🔸 Silence (Maun Practice)
Observe silence for atleast 1 hour today
No phone. No talking. No reading. Just be in awareness of your breathing or thought or in your silence. You’ll hear what your mind usually hides.
🔸 Barefoot Grounding
Walk barefoot on earth for 5–10 mins. This helps absorb excess full moon emotional energy
