You think blocking will help? Nope! So I got my order on Sunday, Aug 16th wasn’t home, same day tried exchanging “M” size ( for myself ) which didn’t fit my 9-year-old. The other one looked used without any tags.
Turns out I can only return, but the 48-hour window’s closed, thanks to Sunday. Lesson learned: avoid cheap brands! They’ve already blocked me!

This plate might look like a protein-packed stir-fry with eggs or paneer…
But here’s why it’s NOT as healthy as it seems 👇
1. 🛢️ Too Much Oil – The shine says it all. Excess oil = extra calories & inflammation.
2. 🔥 Overcooked Veggies – Nutrients are lost when veggies are overly cooked specially exotic veggies
3. 🧂 Loaded with Salt or Sauces – Soy sauce or masalas can shoot up your sodium intake.

👉 Just because it’s got “paneer” or “egg” doesn’t make it healthy.

Healthy eating is not just about ingredients — it’s about how you cook and what you combine!
