The solution is NOT extreme dieting
1️⃣ Fix insulin first
• Eat balanced meals (protein + fibre + fats)
• Stop constant snacking
• Reduce refined carbs & liquid calories
• Walk 10–15 min after meals
2️⃣ Eat for your liver
• Adequate protein daily
• Bitter veggies, greens, lemon, jeera water
• Cut alcohol & late-night eating
• Maintain a fixed eating window
3️⃣ Build muscle (non-negotiable)
• Strength training 3–4x/week
• Don’t rely only on cardio
• Muscle improves insulin sensitivity
4️⃣ Sleep & stress control
• 7–8 hours sleep = hormonal repair
• High stress = high sugar + belly fat
• Breathwork, walking, morning sunlight
5️⃣ Stop under-eating
• Very low calories slow metabolism
• Women especially need enough fuel
• Healing > starving
6️⃣ Consistency over perfection
