🔥High Protein Dhokla Recipe #️⃣745‼️

✨️.Try karro aaj hee

Here is the Recipe
🔸️Add 1 cup soaked moong dal
🔸️Add 1 cup sooji
🔸️Add 1 cup Curd
🔸Add 1/2 cup puffed rice
🔸️Add Salt 🧂, Haldi, Red chilly powder, 1tsp baking soda
🔸️Mix it all well and add it on a mold
🔸️Cook it in a steamer or Microwave for 10 minutes
🔸️Make a Tadka of Mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt, red chilly and the add water.
🔸️ Spread the Tadka on the cooked Dhokla and serve

🔸️1/2 cup Sooji
🔸️1/2 cup Ragi Flour(Optional)
🔸️1 cup Curd
🔸️1 tsp Salt 🧂, Pepper, Baking soda
🔸️Cook it in a Sandwich maker or Make a cheela out of this batter

For Mayo
🔸️Add 1/2 Curd, 100gm Paneer, 1 pod Garlic and 4 Cashew
🔸️Add Chopped Coriander
🔸️Add Chopped Green Onion with salt, pepper and chaat masala

For Sandwich 🥪
Apply Mayo and add sliced cucumber 🥒
