Lateral Epicondylitis — commonly known as Tennis Elbow — is not just about pain, it’s about load, tissue capacity, and movement patterns.
In this video, I’m performing Cozen’s Test, a key clinical test used to assess involvement of the extensor tendons at the lateral elbow.
Pain reproduced during resisted wrist extension?
That’s a strong indicator of lateral epicondylitis.
But here’s the important part —
Diagnosis is not just about one test.
It’s about understanding:
• Load tolerance of the tendon
• Repetitive stress patterns
• Grip mechanics and forearm function
Because treating tennis elbow is not just about reducing pain —
it’s about restoring capacity.
