We’re Hiring: Accountant (Full-Time)
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Location: Block C 6/3, Safdarjung Development Area, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016
Salary: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets.
-Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
-Handle accounts payable and receivable issues or queries.
-Perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions; file invoices using Tally.
-Assist with financial audits, tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
-File tax returns including TDS, GST, and ensure statutory compliance.
-Record accounting entries in the system accurately.
-Maintain and manage clinic petty cash.
-Track and update daily/weekly expenses of all branches.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including:
• Bank/credit card reconciliations
• Audit coordination
• Financial reporting and support

-Monitor and control operational expenses.
-Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports (Target vs Achieved).
-Generate monthly profit and loss statements.
-Handle staff salary reports fortnightly/monthly.
-Ensure timely payment of utility bills (rent, electricity, water, etc.).
-Manage medicine procurement (post-surgery and in-clinic) and stock coordination.
-Process all vendor payments and reimbursements.
-Collaborate with HR on payroll, deductions, and attendance.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
-Solid understanding of accounting & taxation
-Good communication and team coordination skills
-Highly detail-oriented and responsible
