And this finally happened!!!

This workshop has been 2 years in making. 2 years where the skeptic in me took this on as an experiment and worked with my menstrual cycle month on month.

With each cycle, the magic unfolded and how, taking me by surprise and making a believer of me. I started actively working with the energy of each phase of my cycle like a dedicated student. The cycle taught me more about myself, my body, energy levels, my intuition, creativity, productivity and my powers as I surrendered to it. All without burning out. Infact it played a major role in healing my burnout. It allowed me to give myself permission to feel what I felt, take space, express myself and be myself through it all without any guilt and shame. I finally started embodying the magic and power of my menstruation.

Ever since then,I haven’t been able to stop talking about it and have shared it innumerable times with my friends, family and anyone who would hear me.

The next step was to incorporate “Working with your menstrual cycle” an integral part of the my 1-1 client programs. Create awareness about it and the importance of PAUSE in our life and work. Encourage the women leaders to work with it.

However, The fear of judgement and ridicule still kept me from creating this workshop for so long even though I was already talking about it, doing the work and seeing the results. So this year I just decided to take the leap and do this transformational workshop for our Bookclub members, friends and family. I acknowledged my fears but decided that I am still going to do it cos I feel so strongly for it.

And what a workshop!!! That too during my ovulation phase!! Owning and embodying my ovulating energy fully….

We shared our limiting beliefs, stories, our honest thoughts and skepticism about our periods and how we work with them. Especially working with them in our modern busy lives. We held space for each other, our feelings and doubts. We ended the workshop feeling the process of change begin deep within us
