Looking for ways to organize healthcare camps for domestic help workforce in my area (South City 1 Gurugram)

Towards this

- will visit nearby primary health care centers to check on facilities and find points of contact

- trying to join a rotary club to see if I can work with other folks who already have the know-how of organizing such programs

- checking out NGOs that are operational in this area with related projects

Hello all! This project is finally going to move forward!

Starting with a YouTube channel on knowledge I have gathered about processing emotions through my practice as a psychotherapist (18 years in the field), as well as my own personal journey from being misdiagnosed by every psychiatrist I went to (while having access to the best, being in the mental health field myself) all the way to empowering myself through learning what my body-mind needed to heal.

Ive thankfully been successful and I'm thriving so I want to share what made me fall through the cracks of the existing system of mental health back when I was a student, and more importantly what I discovered that helped me heal myself.
