A huge submandibular gland tumor , a case of pleomorphic adenoma operated successfully with no residual disease and deformity. Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumor of the salivary gland and it is the most commonly found in the parotid gland. With due course of time it has a malignant propensity. So surgical removal stays the mainstay of treatment in these types of cases.

Sound pollution is one of the man made health hazards that we humans can avoid if we act sensibly. Noise induced hearing lss is a very common cause of hearing loss. Chronic exposure to loud noise can cause many other health hazards like cardiovascular disease, tinnitus, stress, sleep disturbances etc. On international Noise awareness day its the duty of every citizen to spread awareness of noise pollution.
