Stop making separate baby food
You don’t need fancy recipes or special powders to feed your baby.

If you already cook dal at home, your baby’s meal is sorted.

👉 Just boil chana dal, make a dry paste
👉Stuff in paratha
👉 Cut into small finger-sized pieces

That’s it.

This is how babies learn to:
✔ explore food
✔ understand texture
✔ build chewing skills
✔ become confident eaters

Remember, finger food is not just for eating…
it’s for learning.

Most feeding struggles start when we overcomplicate food.

Keep it simple. Keep it real. Keep it family food

They came saying:
“Our child doesn’t eat at all.”

But what we saw shocked them…

👉 2 hours per meal
👉 Food sitting in mouth
👉 No chewing
👉 No hunger

And the real truth?
This was not the child’s problem.

It was a pattern built unknowingly…
from love, worry, and pressure.

If mealtime feels like a daily battle in your home…
this story is for you.

Comment MIND if your child:
• takes too long to eat
• doesn’t feel hungry
• keeps food in mouth
• needs constant feeding

Day-3 with a newborn often feels overwhelming for parents — but most changes today are completely normal
Breast fullness begins as milk comes in, babies ask for frequent cluster feeds, mild newborn jaundice can appear, stools start changing from black to green/yellow, and your baby may suddenly seem more alert or fussy.

This is not a danger sign — this is Day-3 adjustment phase for both mother and baby.
Stay hydrated, feed on demand, watch diapers, and trust the process.

At 6–8 months, milk is still your baby’s main nutrition

👉 Ideal intake: 700–900 ml/day
👉 Solids = practice, not replacement

Big mistake parents make:
❌ Reducing milk too early
❌ Pushing 3–4 solid meals

This can lead to poor intake & feeding struggles later.

❤️ Focus on milk first. Let solids be learning.

If your 9 month baby is drinking 800–900 ml milk daily…
👉 That might be the reason solids are not working.

At 9 months:
✔ Milk should be 500–700 ml
✔ Solids should slowly increase

More milk = less hunger = food refusal later

Don’t worry
This is fixable with the right feeding structure.

Vomiting in children is scary… but the biggest mistake parents make is feeding wrong at the wrong time.

👉 Focus first on hydration, not food
👉 Start small frequent sips
👉 Then move to light, simple meals

Remember:
Your child doesn’t need heavy food during vomiting…
They need gentle recovery support

Most breakfast mistakes come down to one thing → low protein

That’s why your child:

❌ feels hungry again in 1 hour
❌ keeps asking for snacks
❌ refuses proper meals later

👉 Because their breakfast didn’t actually fuel them

A good breakfast should have:

✔ carbs (energy)
✔ protein (fullness + growth)
✔ healthy fats (brain support)

👉 Milk alone is NOT breakfast

If you want your child to eat better through the day,
start by fixing the first meal

Most parents focus on food…
But ignore WATER — and that’s where problems begin.

❌ Poor appetite
❌ Bottle dependency
❌ Feeding struggles

Water is not about quantity…
It’s about HOW you give it.

Start right… and everything becomes easier.

Apple is often the first food parents introduce… but the way you introduce it decides your baby’s eating future.

✔ Steam apple slices (6–8 minutes)
✔ Offer as soft finger food OR mash with fork
❌ Avoid purées & force feeding

Let your baby:
• Touch food
• Explore textures
• Learn to chew (yes, even without teeth!)

This is how you raise a confident eater, not a passive feeder.

Regretting formula feeding?
Feeling guilty that breastfeeding didn’t go as planned?

Pause right there, mama.

If breastmilk is not possible — for ANY reason —
Formula is the next best, safe, scientifically designed option for your baby.

We are actually lucky to live in a time where babies don’t go hungry.

Your baby doesn’t need a perfect journey.
Your baby needs a fed, loved, and emotionally available mother.

✨ No guilt
✨ No comparison
✨ No pressure

Just nourishment, love, and peace.

Because a calm mother matters as much as good nutrition.
