"Naturopathy for Holistic Health"- the theme for 2023
Naturopathy is a system that uses natural remedies to help the body heal itself. It is very important to know how to benefit from natural treatments and where these treatments are currently available.
Naturopathy was invented by the 19th century natural healing movement in Europe. On 18 November 1945, Mahatma Gandhi signed an agreement to make naturopathy treatments available to all classes of people as the Chairman of the Nature Cure Foundation Trust. Gandhiji firmly believed that only naturopathy treatments would provide the scope of health dependence Since 2018, 18 November has been celebrated as National Naturopathy Day.
Naturopathy helps a person to live a healthy lifestyle.Naturopathy is a special method of developing people at a better quality of life, physically, mentally, morally and spiritually in accordance with the constructive principles of nature.
Naturopathy treatments include hydrotherapy, acupuncture, mud therapy,Diet therapy and Yoga therapy. Hydrotherapy is a branch of alternative medicine that involves the use of water with modern equipment. Hydrotherapy began in ancient times in developed countries such as Egypt, Greece and Rome. Father Sebastian Kleip is considered the father of hydrotherapy.
Water pressure is applied to the body through circulation and temperature of water is used depending on the disease.
Acupuncture is a treatment that uses fine metal needles to create electrical stimulation. Mud therapy is one of the most common forms of natural medicine. Mud dilutes and absorbs toxins from the body and balances blood circulation in the body.
The first College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences in India was established in 1989.At present, South India is very advanced in the field of naturopathy treatments. It is seen that people from all over India have to go to South India for natural treatment which requires a lot of money and time. I am pleased to announce that "Jagati Nature Care Centre" established in 2019 is the only complete naturopathy center in North East India, with experienced Naturopathy Doctors and Therapists accredited by the Indian Association of Naturopathy. The main objective of "Jagati Nature Care Centre" is to provide relief to the people of Northeast and Assam from this expensive treatment. We believe that the expansion of the health center will bring some relief to the people.
