On National Startup Day Today , i believe that you have to keep following your dreams into passion and then passion makes it into a reality and this is a continous process .
Today , when we go back to understand the startup ecosystem of India , we can only see few companies who survived and became great companies like Infosys , satyam or Oyo , Ola , Housing , Flipkart , Delivery , Rivigo , Blackbuck , Swiggy , Zomato , Snapchat are becoming corporate today run by people 's investments .
So the question that was revolving around me the whole day was that is that why we chose being the founder of an organisation to own some stakes of the company and driven by investors money .
I guess , real entreprenuership is much beyond the startups that flew in the air for sometime , but it is the energy that drove all the people in that direction in a common vision and mission to achieve the impossible and solve a new problem statement in an unexplored environment space and making that space with a blue ocean strategy .
To all upcoming entreprenuers , just look around yourself the problem statements around yourself , you will find the startup idea that could be more valuable and important being a billion dollar business . Thats where you can find the purpose (ikigai) of your Life .
Till then think about it and connect the dots where you felt like you found your purpose or count yourself as another brick in the wall !!
