Fit North East has been conceived as a mission to promote awareness and education around healthcare in the north eastern region. It is a digital platform that envisages to enlighten people about simple everyday solutions that will boost their overall immunity and physical wellness. In other words, it is a one- stop- spot for people to gather reliable, up to date and accurate information in the domain of healthcare. This platform will also facilitate information on various health care initiatives undertaken by the respective health departments of the seven sister states. Today the common people (particularly in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic) are navigating through a web of confusing and contradictory perspectives on issues related to health, hygiene and immunity. Fit North East therefore intends to be the veritable bridge that connects common people with experts in the healthcare sector.

Vision:

Health and fitness are complimentary concepts. Today, it is increasingly being recognized that health is a composite outcome of our physical, mental and emotional well being. Fitness, on the other hand, is the state of control over our body. The recent generation largely relies on the digital media for acquiring information on health issues and ways to remain fit and healthy. Indeed, better awareness about the importance of health and fitness has made almost everyone proactive on resolving health issues and seeking daily fitness regimes. However, there is no single forum that provides exhaustive and credible information. Fit Northeast addresses precisely this need in a simple and lucid manner. We aim to be the premier portal for disseminating credible and real time news and information on the health sector.
