Success is not about being the best in the room; it's about being your best – consistently and courageously. It's about showing up, learning from failure, and staying true to your values when it's hardest to do so.

This is what I discussed with the young students as the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremony of class 12 Claret School Borjhar recently. And of course the power of towards self and others.

It was a delight to attend the annual function of KIDS a home for toddlers as a special guest and address the parents on the pertinent topic of parenting with presence.

It was truly a joy to witness the incredible performances and creativity demonstrated by the students.

The dedication and hard work of the educators and staff were evident and commendable. I enjoyed every moment and was inspired by the enthusiasm and talent displayed by the students.
