#𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐌𝐇𝐓/𝐏𝐌𝐉𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 This patient came all the way from Manipur and was suffering from different problems like Gallstone, appendicitis, and abdominal abscess. The major problem the patient faced was the improper checkup and because of that, they wasted one and the half month also while coming to Guwahati for treatment they feared that their treatment might be very costly and they also thought that they might have to face a language barrier because the patient and his family was only comfortable in Manipuri language. But language is not a barrier in our hospital. One of our staff helped them throughout their stay in our hospital. As they already have a CMHT/ PMJAY card so the treatment was #free for them. Glad to announce, the patient suffering from anorectal cancer is now doing well. She is able to walk and eat properly. She has come from Darkuchi, Rangia, and is suffering from a rare type of cancer called anorectal cancer. A thorough investigation suggested that it was best to do the surgery first and then use chemo and radiation.
