Non healing ulcer. At first treated at GMCH n AIIMS guwahati.
On evaluation found a dead bone underneath. Bone Removed and treated conservatively. Result shown in 2weeks.

DIABETIC LEFT GREAT TOE ULCER. Initially treated at Tertiary Govt. Medical College following injury. The patient came to my OPD with non-healing ulcer with infection. RBS > 300mg/dl. On thorough examination and exploration, found a dead bone beneath the ulcer. Dead bone removed and treated conservatively along with Blood Glucose management. Result shown is in 1 month duration.

60yr Old Lady, Diabetic patient had an Injury over left hand. In 6 weeks time, the wound is healed with proper Diabetic Control Medications and Proper dressing. Her Hba1c reduced from 12.6% to 5.7% in three months without administration of Insulin injection.
