IMMEDIATE IMPLANTS IN ESTHETIC ZONE. FULL PROTOCOL.
This patient reported to our practice with loose crowns. Further analysis revealed that the crowns were fractured.
Both 11 and 12 were RC treated with minimum buccal bone(visible in cbct).
Thanks to Magnetic Mallet the buccal bone was preserved during extraction and i engaged the palatal bone to get maximum bone buccally. Got good PS of 50 Ncm.
The patient reported after 4 months and prosthetic rehab was done using customized abutments.
Thankfully i didnt need soft tissue augmentation due to a low lip line.

IMPORTANCE OF DENTAL PHOTOGRAPHY! 📷
A 20 year old Male reported to us with an unaesthetic smile. He wanted to manage it with orthodontia.
He didnt give us any history.
But when macro shots were taken, we could assess the loss of contours which were done by a bur.

When asked he revealed that he has gone to a dentist 2
Years back since he felt his teeth were wide. So the dentist trimmed both the centrals with a bur to make them narrower. 😮

We are extremely glad to have managed this case with composite veneers with zero preparation. 😃

"I find the harder i work, the more luck i seem to have".
This is an extremely special case for us as 6 years back this patient walked in as an 11 yr old girl who met with an accident and broke both her upper centrals.
Implant is not an option at that age so we had to think laterally.
Went ahead with Single Visit RCTs for both the teeth to relieve her of the pain. And then went ahead with the treatment plan of surgical extrusion.

Today she came back as a 17 year old teenager with a splendid prognosis.
I couldnt click an intraoral picture but she definitely needs crowns now to cover for the darkening teeth.
But we are very grateful for such results.
I know these teeth will survive for a long long time.

P.S. - We were already using a single wavelength laser for majority of the procedures since 13 years but felt a need to upgrade to the best!!

The patient was 56 yr old female with high esthetic demand. We delivered our best.
