STORY OF GREAT SUFFERING AND COMEBACK!
Most of the corneal surgeons will agree that corneal diseases cause great suffering. Cornea being the most sensitive part of the eye, any insult to it leads to a lot of suffering and pain!
This is a story of young man from the periphery of Indore, came to me with total cornea melt! Dealing with such cases automatically mean that you are up for a long battle ahead. Things will be topsy-turvy and path will be tumultuous!
The success of treatment has so many variables in play that sometimes you feel like not counting them.
After coming out from a tertiary referral center where i had a good control over all the variables, all these cases have started appearing to be more challenging!
Thanks to the motivation and cooperation of the patient we were able to put up a good fight and got decent results! (Though i know that battle is still not over)
