"Three Yogāsanas That Can Transform Your Body into a Yogic Figure!"
by Shri. Harishchandra Temgire *
Yes… trust me!
These *three powerful Yogāsanas*, when practiced with correct posture, synchronized breathing (especially with Ujjayi), smooth transitions, and proper Drishti (gaze), can completely tone your body, strengthen your core and arms, and help you master light, feather-like movements like jump-through and jump-back in your practice.
The Flow:
Chaturanga Dandasana → Urdhva Mukha Svanasana → Adho Mukha Svanasana
In our 6-month therapeutic program, , we teach these sequences with:
✔ Correct posture
✔ Breath coordination
✔ Modifications
✔ Alignment & Drishti
✔ Body weight distribution
✔ Anatomy-based adjustments

❗ Contraindications:
Avoid this posture if you have:
* High blood pressure
* Eye or ear infections
* Wrist, shoulder, or spine injuries
* Dizziness or migraines during inversions
Always practice under expert guidance.
