Epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV) is a genetic condition in which patients show a decreased immunologic ability to defend against and eradicate certain types of HPV, leading to persistent infection and increased lifetime risk of development of cutaneous dysplasia and malignancy.

Mostly misdiagnosed and differentiate with p. versicolor and other hypopigmentated disorders.

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a common inflammatory skin condition. Showing clinically by annular, smooth, discoloured papules and plaques, and necrobiotic granulomas on histology.
More common in children, teenagers and young adults. In females gender wise
The exact reason of GA is unknown but it is the late hypersensitive reaction to many skin infections and infestations.

ITP is a type of thrombocytopenic purpura due to low platelet count in absence of other causes, presented with red-purple macular patches.

It leads to an increased risk of bleeding.
ITP manifests in two clinical syndromes:- an acute form observed in children, and chronic conditions observed in adults. The acute form often follows an infection and typically resolves within two months, while chronic immune thrombocytopenia persists for longer than six months and its specific cause is unknown.
