*Green Chilli Or Red Chilli? Which One Is The Healthier Option*

*Green chilli vs red chilli...*

Red chillies are nothing but aged green chillies, which turned red and dried up with time. They lose most of their water content and worse, a major chunk of nutrients as well.

Red chillies are usually consumed in powdered form. The process poses the danger of adulteration of the final product. In addition to that, there is always a possibility of store-bought red chilli powder containing added synthetic colour.

Hello Friends. Check your BP regularly, especially those who have a strong family history or have obesity or have high cholesterol or are smokers. Normal BP ranges from 110-140/70-90. Blood pressure maintains blood circulation to different parts of body & organs. High blood pressure has an adverse effect on Heart, Kidney, eyes etc. So, keep checking all these through blood tests eg Lipid profile, Kidney function tests etc. Check for Diabetes as well. Improve life style. Happy Health.

We have so many medical tests around, like x-ray, CTScan etc but the real test can be done naturally to yourself...

Here are some of the signs one can monitor and do the scoring:

*Timely bowel movement*

Your bowel should get cleared every morning without any assistance like tea, coffee,churan etc...If not it's constipation and is the origin of many ailments.

*Ideal weight*

This is linked to the bowel movement...
If you want to loose the weight,loose the waste...

*Mental peace*

Whatever is happening in the world outside,if you are still peace at ,you score a point.
If you are energetic throughout the day and atleast get a chance to laugh 2-3 times a day,you score on this..

*Experiencing real hunger*

A healthy person should feel the hunger atleast *twice* a day...Hunger not from the heart for snacking etc but so much hunger that one can eat whatever is available in front of him/her. *Real hunger* means the digestion is happening properly.

*Lack of laziness*

From 6 in the morning to 10 in the night one should feel energetic..If you enjoy the work you do and do it enthusiastically ,you score one more..

*Effortless movement*

It means you are able to get up and and down without any assistance..If yes,you score one more point.we will feel the pain in the joints ,when the health is not up to mark..

*Healthy skin*

Your skin is a reflection of what is happening inside your body..It should be spot less and has no connection with black or white color.

*Sound sleep*

Do you sleep like a child..? If you fall asleep within 5 mins of going to bed and have a deep sleep like a child,you score one additional point.

*7-8* indicates amazing health

*5-6* is average health

*0-4* urgent attention needed.
