The journey of Periapical abscess from appearing on the RVG to disappearing in 2 years !
The patient visited our facility on the 18th of November 2020.
We started with the RCT and placed non setting water based calcium hydroxide in the canal on 27th of the same month after completing BMP/CMP.

The patient then failed to visit for 2 long years.

Back came the patient on the 7th of March this year ( 07 March 2022 ). The RVG taken on that day revealed the wonders calcium hydroxide had done.
We obturated the tooth on the very same day.
BMP done with T pro files Perfect Endo.
Irrigation by 5%hypo-17%EDTA-NS-2%CHX.
Sealer used Ceraseal B.
