36yr old female evaluated outside to have bile duct narrowing and jaundice sent for ERCP and stenting.
ERCP done with bile duct clearance and dilation and stent deployed and discharged on the same day.

Pus noted in the bile duct. Lot of sludge retreived. Patient stable and discharged on the same day

55yr old with pain abdomen, jaundice found to have chronic cholecystitis(gall bladder problem) with bile duct narrowing (cbd stricture). ERCP done biliary dilatation done and stent deployed. Discharged next day in stable condition.

Every colon cancer once started as a small polyp..!!
Here is an example of patient.. who had this polyp sometime ago.. was advised for polyp removal but neglected it.. now it has grown large into colon cancer.
Note-This shows the importance of screening colonoscopy after 45yrs and removal of polyps when identified.

6yr old boy with button battery ingestion- removed endoscopically.

Button battery ingestion is very dangerous as it can cause ulceration,necrosis, perforation with the battery chemical released out.
Note- It should be removed as early as possible.
