People are nowadays not satisfied with their health. They want to know how they can keep their body fit and free from diseases which is the right and logical way.We will discuss it step by step-

When we break the natural laws we fell ill and become unhealthy.
First step towards healthy living is Diet .Modern scientific researches established vegetarian diet is superior and healthy than non vegetarian diet ,that includes fresh fruits , vegetables (raw and boiled), milk, nuts,sprouts with whole wheat chapattis and bread. Just like-Breakfast-Milk +Fruits.Lunch-whole wheat chapatis with bran+boiled vegetables+salad+curd .Evening-fruit juice Dinner-it should be light like –nuts+fruits +milk Or boiled dalia or plain oats +milk.Prefer organic foods.
Avoid white sugar and excessive use of salt.
The diet should be simple without any curries or hot spices,may be added only light rock or sea salt,cumin,turmeric,and coriander and mint. Wine,tobacco,cigarette Tea,coffee,cold drinks, white sugar, fast food,and fried foods must be avoided
Also we should avoid eating in between two meals,In between we should drink only water.Overeating is a bad habit that should be checked otherwise OBESITY and related diseases like high B.P,Heart diseases,Diabetes,Arthritis etc will follow.Chew the food properly and slowly.Take 20 to 30 minutes for eating each time meal.Avoid drinking water in between meals.Drink water one hour before and one hour after the meal.one should drink minimum 8 to 10 glass of water in a day.
After diet exercise is very important.walking is best exercise and risk free .one should walk 45 to 60 minutes in morning and if possible in evening also.if not possible then practice Yoga asanas at least 20 minutes,Deep breathing 25 times(Pranayama)and meditation for 20 minutes is very much relaxing and refreshing for the body
Deep sleep for 6 to 8 hours in a day is a must to rejuvenate our body and mind.Both are interrelated.So keep the positive attitude, cultivate love ,compassion,selfless service with wisdom to others.Negative emotions like anger, hatred,envy,greed, anxiety,lust etc.are harmful to our nervous system resulting many diseases like hypertension,heart attack,nervous breakdown,insomnia depression etc.Vipassana meditation is helpful in this regard
Fasting for 24 hours in a week is very much helpful to remove toxins from our body and keep oneself healthy,beautiful and fit with long life.Always wear cotton clothes and comfortable foot wear.Sun bath and Air bath to take in the morning daily is rejuvenating .Always bath with cold or normal water but in peak winter old or week person and children may bath with lukewarm or neutral water,Always keep smiling and be happy.
