People are nowadays not satisfied with their health. They want to know how they can keep their body fit and free from diseases which is the right and logical way.We will discuss it step by step-
All health experts around the world are unanimous in a one way that healthy path of life would be natural simple and followed by natural laws

When we break the natural laws we fell ill and become unhealthy.
First step towards healthy living is Diet .Modern scientific researches established vegetarian diet is superior and healthy than non vegetarian diet ,that includes fresh fruits , vegetables (raw and boiled), milk, nuts,sprouts with whole wheat chapattis and bread. Just like-Breakfast-Milk +Fruits.Lunch-whole wheat chapatis with bran+boiled vegetables+salad+curd .Evening-fruit juice Dinner-it should be light like –nuts+fruits +milk Or boiled dalia or plain oats +milk.Prefer organic foods.
Avoid white sugar and excessive use of salt.

The diet should be simple without any curries or hot spices,may be added only light rock or sea salt,cumin,turmeric,and coriander and mint. Wine,tobacco,cigarette Tea,coffee,cold drinks, white sugar, fast food,and fried foods must be avoided

Also we should avoid eating in between two meals,In between we should drink only water.Overeating is a bad habit that should be checked otherwise OBESITY and related diseases like high B.P,Heart diseases,Diabetes,Arthritis etc will follow.Chew the food properly and slowly.Take 20 to 30 minutes for eating each time meal.Avoid drinking water in between meals.Drink water one hour before and one hour after the meal.one should drink minimum 8 to 10 glass of water in a day.

After diet exercise is very important.walking is best exercise and risk free .one should walk 45 to 60 minutes in morning and if possible in evening also.if not possible then practice Yoga asanas at least 20 minutes,Deep breathing 25 times(Pranayama)and meditation for 20 minutes is very much relaxing and refreshing for the body
Deep sleep for 6 to 8 hours in a day is a must to rejuvenate our body and mind.Both are interrelated.So keep the positive attitude, cultivate love ,compassion,selfless service with wisdom to others.Negative emotions like anger, hatred,envy,greed, anxiety,lust etc.are harmful to our nervous system resulting many diseases like hypertension,heart attack,nervous breakdown,insomnia depression etc.Vipassana meditation is helpful in this regard
Fasting for 24 hours in a week is very much helpful to remove toxins from our body and keep oneself healthy,beautiful and fit with long life.Always wear cotton clothes and comfortable foot wear.Sun bath and Air bath to take in the morning daily is rejuvenating .Always bath with cold or normal water but in peak winter old or week person and children may bath with lukewarm or neutral water,Always keep smiling and be happy.

Beneficial effects of sunlight (sunbath)
Naturopathy is science of disease elimination without drugs . It takes help of natural agencies like water , a mud ,sunlight, air, etc. which are called natural remedies , the application of these called natural therapy.

We first take the sunlight .
(Arnold rikli said Water is good ,air is better ,sun is best of all)
Downes and Blunt in 1877 discovered the dramatic ability of sun light to destroy bacteria.

Niels finsen was the first who discovered that in the sun light bacteria of tuberculosis were completely destroyed and WBC count (white blood corpuscles increased) on this discovery he received the Nobel Prize in 1903. Modern research on the sun light reveils that benificial effects of sunlight is as follows.

• Greatest antibiotor on the earth is sunlight from sunrise to sunset. It destroyes bacteria on the earth.it increases( WBC count) lymphocytes in the blood to develop body resistance to infections,purify the blood and hence increases the vitality of the body to fight the diseases.

• It lowers the blood cholesterol in the body as cholesterol converts in vitamin d3 after taking sunlight treatment it improves electrocardiogram and resting the heart rate so minimize the risk of heart attack.It lowers the blood pressure also. In a study of a single sun light treatment of few hours systolic pressure dropped 8 -40 mmHg and diastolic 20-6mmHg.

• It reduces the sugar in the body and acts as a natural insulin several hours exposure to sun triggers and stimulate a enzyme glycogen synthetase which build up and useful in controlling the diabetes and increases the glycogen level in the liver.
• It increases a s*x hormone testoterone in the body in males which enhance muscular strength, vigour energy, endurance ,power and in females it regularises the hormone estrogen which normalize the menstruation cycle .
• It increases adrenaline in the tissues and tolerance to stress.
• Tans and increases resistance of skin to infections.
• Restores metabolism to normal condition.
• Sunlight increases blood circulation and removes congestion in liver and abdominal region.
• Sunlight treatment or sun bath stimulates nervous system naturally so in depression, fatigue, insomnia it works wonderfully .
• Sunlight increases ability of the blood to absorb and carry oxygen.
• It decreases respiratory rate and make it deeper and slower and seems to be easier and beneficial in controlling cold, cough and asthma.
• Sunbath also increases the level of camp(cyclic adenosine mono phosphate)and increases the ability of the lymphocytes and immune system to function normally.

Now question is how to take sunbath =
In summer season we should take in the early morning. Best time is in between 6 to 7 A.M., after sunrise and it should be for at least 20 minutes and in winter season it could be after 7 A.M to 9 or 10 A.M without or wearing minimum cotton light thin clothes

Precaution - our head should be covered in a shadow to protect from direct sun rays. first we should expose our front part of the body for half time then remaining half time expose the back part of the body
