This balancing twisting posture challenges not just the body, but also focus, stability, coordination, and breath control.
Balancing poses help improve concentration, core strength, posture, flexibility, and mental steadiness.

Yoga slowly teaches us how to stay centered… even through the twists of life.

Starting Ashtanga practice in my mid-40s was not easy, but his patience, kindness, calm nature, and incredible teaching made me believe that it was possible.

Soft-spoken, humble, and exceptionally skilled, Prasad Sir teaches with so much grace and sincerity that every class becomes a learning beyond just postures.

Full circle moments ✨

Today, I had the joy of meeting my respected yoga gurus, Natarajji and Kalyaniji—the guiding lights from my Sivananda TTC days in 2012 All the memories of yoga teacher training course popped up.

Though we weren’t in the Sivananda yellow and white today, the spirit remained unchanged—deep conversations on yoga, teaching, discipline, and the responsibility of sharing this ancient wisdom with sincerity.

As teachers, we may evolve, but the roots our gurus plant in us continue to shape how we practice, teach, and live yoga every day.

Grateful for these timeless connections and the path they continue to illuminate. 🙏
