There are 178 such life-giving yogas in the main codes of Ayurveda in which Guduchi is used prominently and there is hardly any disease which is not covered by these yogas. There have been in vivo, in vitro, and clinical studies on Ayurveda's # antiviral drugs, including Guduchi, which are helpful in preventing all types of viral diseases. On one hand, the use of Guduchi against various types of diseases using local knowledge by local tribals has been recorded by scientists and researchers all over the country. On the other hand, in the codes of Ayurveda, Guduchi is known to be effective against various diseases. In addition to modern scientific research methods - in vitro, in vivo and clinical trials - Guduchi has proved to be effective against various diseases.
An important question arises here that despite all this, what are the problems in considering it as an undisputed medicine for diseases in which Guduchi is useful? In fact, modern scientific research methods give gold class research status only to randomized trials. By mistake, it has become a belief for Ayurveda that without clinical trials, no medicine of Ayurveda can be recognized as an effective and useful medicine against diseases. But the harsh truth is that modern scientific research methods, including randomized clinical trials, are not carried along with the totality of Ayurveda. For example, medicine is not only important in Ayurveda, but diagnosis, exclusion, diet, catastrophe, nature of a person, etc. are many important factors, in view of which the effectiveness of a particular drug, a particular person, against a particular disease can be judged. Only such clinical trials can be considered useful for Ayurveda. Without a hol-system clinical trial it is not possible to test and test the effectiveness of any medicine of Ayurveda.
An important point is also that if all the methods of production of knowledge point in the same direction, then you can consider such proof as undisputed proof, unless another study against such evidence cancels such evidence. Here, on seeing the experience and modern research of traditional botany, Ayurveda, Vaidya together, there is reasonable, sufficient and indisputable evidence to consider Guduchi as a useful medicine.
It is not that the medicinal plants which have undergone modern scientific research at various levels will eventually be found useful in clinical trials against that disease. No such assurance is available in science for any medicine including allopathic medicines. But in those medicinal plants which have clear information in the codes of Ayurveda, they have been written on the basis of empirical knowledge of Ayurveda masters for a long time. When the codes written in different periods during the last 5000 years point in the same direction, it can be assumed that the scholars who wrote them re-tested and reaffirmed them based on their empirical knowledge. Therefore modern scientific research is well in its place and should be carried on, but the empirical knowledge generated by continuous use for 2000 years can not be denied today only on the basis that the so-called clinical trials are not available in them.
In conclusion, this is to say that such a useful plant must be planted around us. Human brain is the most inaccessible place to grow plants. It is very difficult to plant a man in the forehead, it is easy to plant in the soil. You should also come forward and plant more and more medicinal plants useful for you, including Guduchi.
