Every day, we listen with patience, care with compassion, and respond with professionalism—even when we are misunderstood, disrespected, or unfairly blamed.

There are moments when words hurt, when silence feels heavier than any reply… but we still choose dignity over reaction.

Behind every calm doctor is a thousand unspoken words.

Respect healthcare workers. Kindness costs nothing—but means everything. 🤍

8+ years of intense study.
Endless exams, sleepless nights, and sacrifices.
12+ hour duty shifts, every single day.

And yet… many doctors are underpaid and undervalued.

Meanwhile, social media is flooded with “instant experts” making misleading or fake informative reels—and earning in a day what some real doctors don’t make in months.

This isn’t about comparison. It’s about awareness.
Real knowledge takes years. Real responsibility carries lives.

Respect the profession. Value authentic medical advice.
Because behind every doctor is a story of dedication you don’t always see.

Intern life = equal parts learning, chaos, and getting lovingly roasted by seniors 😅

Every doctor remembers those days — running on zero sleep, triple-checking everything, and still hearing “yeh bhi nahi aata?” 🙃
But honestly, those scoldings shaped us, made us sharper, faster, and stronger.

From confusion to confidence — that’s the real glow-up of an intern 💉✨

Tag your intern buddies & that one senior who scared you the most (but taught you the best) ❤️

“Doctor, I read this on Google…”

Every day in OPD, I meet patients who come with anxiety after searching symptoms online. While awareness is good, not everything on the internet is accurate or meant for your specific condition.

As a Doctor, I’ve spent years studying, training, and understanding the science behind diagnosis and treatment—because every patient is unique.

Google can give information, but it cannot replace clinical judgment, experience, and personalized care.

Let’s use the internet wisely—but trust your doctor for the right diagnosis and treatment. 💙

Sometimes in medicine, what looks like a “miracle” is actually just a small, routine step for us 👩‍⚕️✨

Today’s moment reminded me how patients and families see doctors as heroes—even when we’re simply doing what we’re trained to do every day. Adjusting oxygen levels, monitoring closely, staying calm… and suddenly the whole room feels relieved 🙏

The smiles, the gratitude, the “you’re the best doctor” — that’s the real reward ❤️

Only we doctors know… sometimes it’s simple, sometimes it’s science, and sometimes… it’s just about being there at the right moment.

Ever had one of those moments where logic takes a day off? 😅

As a doctor, we try our best to explain risks and outcomes clearly. But sometimes, conversations take unexpected turns!

I once explained to an attendant that there was a 50% chance of survival after surgery… and the response was:
“Then do the surgery twice so it becomes 100%!”

Medicine isn’t math like that—but it shows how important communication, awareness, and trust are in healthcare.

These moments can be challenging, but they also remind us why patient education is so important ❤️

👩‍⚕️ To all healthcare workers—you’re not alone!
📢 To patients & families—never hesitate to ask questions, but also try to understand the science behind it.

When your intern presents all the vitals… including the patient who already expired 😅

Being a senior in OB-GYN isn’t just about managing patients — it’s also about managing the chaos, the pressure, and sometimes… the over-enthusiastic interns 🤦‍♀️

Every day in IPD teaches you something new — communication, clarity, and how important it is to stay updated and aware.

To all my fellow residents and seniors — you’re not alone in this struggle 😂

POV: When you treat your patients so well… they start bringing rishtas instead of reports 😄💍

As a Doctor, I always believe care goes beyond prescriptions — it’s about trust, comfort, and connection. And sometimes, that trust turns into something unexpectedly wholesome (and a little funny too 😄).

Getting “rishta offers” from patients’ families is honestly one of the most unique compliments of my profession. It reminds me that being a doctor isn’t just about treatment — it’s about building relationships that people truly value. ❤️

To all my patients who trust me with their care (and occasionally their family proposals 😄) — thank you for making this journey so special!
