Started prenatal yoga class sessions with association with yog sankalp. It helps to relieve stress, minor problems during pregnancy like pedal edema, low back pain, leg cramps etc. It increases the blood circulation and oxygen carrying capacity. It helps in both physical and spiritual development of baby. And it definitely helps in a smooth and easy normal delivery. It will include postnatal yoga also

A large broad ligament fibroid of size 15x 16cm adherent to large intestine posteriorly and uterus at fundus, and receiving multiple vascular pedicles from all around due to it's large size. 42yrs old lady with complain of abdominal distension. Removed the mass and hysterectomy done . Post-op recovery uneventful. Very satisfying surgery.

Done a bilateral ovarian cystectomy followed by ovarian reconstruction surgery in a young unmarried girl recently. Bilateral large ovarian dermoid cysts, one was 7cm and other was 11cm. Surgery was completed without any spillage and reconstruction of remaining ovarian tissues was very satisfying. Hope wish she regains some ovarian reserve
