I met Tina maβam when I was 7 months postpartum β low on energy, navigating new motherhood, and of course hoping to lose the pregnancy weight in a healthy way. Choosing her felt right not just because sheβs a nutritionist, but also a lactation educator, which was so important to me at that stage.
