Sri Venkateshwara Hospital Sri Venkteshwara Hospital was established in 1985 by Dr.Giri Gowda,a retired District Surgeon. Sri Venkateshwara Hospital situated in Ravindranagar in Hassan.

It was established in the year 1985 by Dr. Giri Gowda. Dr. Giri Gowda was one of the first surgeons in the Hassan district. He joined government service and became district surgeon at the age of 45 years and served in that capacity in KGF, Kolar, Shimoga and Hassan. After his retirement from service in 1985 he established Sri Venkateshwara hospital with a wish to provide quality health care at aff

ordable cost. in 1989 he was joined by his son Dr.Devaprasad also a surgeon. he had previously worked as a senior resident in Kidwai memorial institute of oncology and as Assistant Professor in Adichunchungiri Institute Of Medical Sciences. He is trained in urology from National Hospital, Calicut. In the year 2010 the Hospital celebrated 25 years of satisfying service.
