A case of RTA, diagnosed as le-Fort 2 level fracture and right parasagittal split of palate and right parasymphysis region of Mandibular fracture with craniofacial dysjunction (frontal bone and sinus), was successfully managed by ORIF under GA, by Dr Vinay Kumar (Maxillofacial surgeon) and Anaesthetist - Dr Mahendra, at Bisheshwar Memorial Hospital, Hazaribag. The patient has been recovering well.

A case of RTA, suffered from bilateral parasymphysis fracture of mandible with maxillary left dentoalveolar fractures including avulsions/intrusions etc. Case was referred by colleague (Dr Tofique), and was managed by Dr Vinay Kumar (MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON) under LA, at Bisheshwar Memorial Hospital with the able staff support.

A case of RTA, with ZMC (Right side) fracture with disruption of orbital floor and entrapment of Inferior Re**us muscle limiting upward movement. It was managed by ORIF under GA by Dr Vinay Kumar (Maxillofacial Surgeon) with orbital floor reconstruction using Titanium mesh plate, Khsitij Hospital, Hazaribag with Anaesthetist Dr Suprabhat, and able OT staff on 24/06/2022. The patient suffered from traumatic optic neuropathy with IPH in the temporo-frontal lobe, which resolves slowly. The patient is currently under Ophthalmologists care for the same and is showing improvement.

आरटीए का एक मामला, जेडएमसी ZMC (दाईं ओर) फ्रैक्चर के साथ ORBIT कक्षीय तल में व्यवधान और ऊपर की ओर गति को सीमित करने वाले INFERIOR रेक्टस पेशी के फंसने के साथ । इसे 24/06/2022 को एनेस्थेटिस्ट डॉ सुप्रभात और सक्षम ओटी कर्मचारियों के साथ टाइटेनियम मेश प्लेट, ख्सिटिज अस्पताल, हजारीबाग का उपयोग करके कक्षीय फर्श पुनर्निर्माण के साथ डॉ विनय कुमार DR VINAY KUMAR (मैक्सिलोफेशियल सर्जन) द्वारा जीए के तहत ओआरआईएफ द्वारा प्रबंधित किया गया था। रोगी टेम्पोरो-फ्रंटल लोब में आईपीएच के साथ अभिघातजन्य ऑप्टिक न्यूरोपैथी से पीड़ित था, जो धीरे-धीरे ठीक हो जाता है। रोगी वर्तमान में उसी के लिए नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञों की देखभाल में है और सुधार दिखा रहा है।

A case of RTA, Diagnosed as Panfacial fracture, namely - NOE complex with frontal bone and sinus, bilateral le fort 1 level, with left parasymphysis of mandible fracture. Patient had a fracture line running in the left FZ region too. The palate was split in the middle, with disarticulation of Mandibular condyle on the right side from the TMJ fossa. The case was managed at Bisheshwar Memorial Hospital by Dr Vinay Kumar (Maxillofacial Surgeon) on 04/05/2022 and anesthetist Dr Mahender, with the support of the OT staff at the Hospital.

The occlusion is intact and the patient has moved on to normal diet for past 3 weeks now.

आरटीए का एक मामला, पैनफेशियल फ्रैक्चर के रूप में निदान किया गया, अर्थात् - ललाट की हड्डी और साइनस के साथ एनओई कॉम्प्लेक्स, द्विपक्षीय ले फोर्ट 1 स्तर, MANDIBLE फ्रैक्चर के बाएं पैरासिम्फिसिस के साथ। रोगी के बाएं FZ क्षेत्र में भी एक फ्रैक्चर लाइन चल रही थी। तालू बीच में विभाजित हो गया था, टीएमजे फोसा से दाहिनी ओर मैंडिबुलर कंडील के विघटन के साथ। मामले का प्रबंधन बिशेश्वर मेमोरियल अस्पताल में DR VINAY KUMAR (मैक्सिलोफेशियल सर्जन) द्वारा 04/05/2022 और अस्पताल में ओटी स्टाफ के सहयोग से एनेस्थेटिस्ट डॉ महेंद्र द्वारा किया गया था।

आरटीए का एक मामला, बाएं MANDIBLE और MANDIBLE के दाएं पैरासिम्फिसिस क्षेत्र का निदान एलए के तहत DR VINAY KUMAR (मैक्सिलोफेशियल सर्जन) द्वारा हजारीबाग के एक निजी क्लिनिक में बिशेश्वर के कर्मचारियों के सक्षम समर्थन के साथ किया गया था।

A case of RTA reported with multiple/fragmented left Zygomatic Bone, the patient was unfit for surgery under GA, hence the procedure was carried out under Local Anaesthesia and good reduction and alignment was achieved. Existing laceration over the injured area was used to explore the wound and the fracture area.

The case was complex as the patient was suffering from OSMF (mouth opening is severely reduced). The wound is healing well in subsequent follow ups.

The case was managed by ORIF under LA at Bisheshwar Memorial Hospital by Dr Vinay Kumar (Maxillofacial Surgeon) with the help of the able support of the staff at the hospital.

आरटीए के एक मामले में कई/खंडित बायीं जाइगोमैटिक हड्डी के साथ रिपोर्ट की गई, रोगी के तहत सर्जरी के लिए अनुपयुक्त था, इसलिए प्रक्रिया को LA के तहत किया गया था और संरेखण हासिल किया गया था। घायल क्षेत्र पर मौजूदा घाव का उपयोग घाव और फ्रैक्चर क्षेत्र का पता लगाने के लिए किया गया था।
मामला जटिल था क्योंकि रोगी ओएसएमएफ से पीड़ित था (मुंह खोलना गंभीर रूप से कम हो गया है)। अनुवर्ती अनुवर्ती कार्रवाई में घाव अच्छी तरह से ठीक हो रहा है।
अस्पताल में कर्मचारियों के सक्षम समर्थन की मदद से DR VINAY KUMAR (मैक्सिलोफेशियल सर्जन) द्वारा बिशेश्वर मेमोरियल अस्पताल में एलए के तहत ORIF द्वारा मामले का प्रबंधन किया गया था।
