A session on effective lesson planning was organized in our school to guide teachers in enhancing their strategies for the upcoming academic session. The session was chaired by Dr. Anil Panikker, renowned Clinical Psychologist.
The session was conducted in two rounds. In the first round, participants were engaged in discussions on the core values and essence of the National Curriculum Framework(NCF 2005) and National Education Policy(2020). Dr. Panikker emphasized the importance of child-centric education and the need to align teaching with real-life examples to brighten the learning outcomes.
In the second round, the Heads of all Departments delivered presentations showcasing effective lesson planning techniques, setting a model for other faculty members.
The session proved to be highly insightful, inspiring teachers to explore new strategies and innovative approaches to lesson planning, ultimately aiming to create a more engaging and effective learning experience for students.
