Holi is a festival of joy, but during pregnancy, your safety and your baby’s health come first. As a gynaecologist, I advise moms-to-be to celebrate smartly and safely.
✔️ Choose organic & skin-friendly colors to avoid allergies and rashes.
✔️ Avoid crowded places to reduce the risk of pushing or injury.
✔️ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water, coconut water, and fresh juices.
✔️ Wear full-sleeve comfortable cotton clothes to protect your skin.
✔️ Avoid slippery areas to prevent falls.
✔️ Do not overexert yourself – rest whenever needed.
✔️ If you feel dizziness, breathlessness, or discomfort, seek medical advice immediately.
Celebrate with love, light colors, and lots of care. A safe mom means a safe baby 💕
