Restlessness is often associated with lack of interest, lack of motivation and an inability to enjoy or appreciate life. Some people claim that restlessness in our modern society can be blamed on the outpouring of modern technology, such as cell phones, social web media, as well as the internet, video games and television. These and other distractions are believed to pull at our attention, wear down our focus, and keep us from concentrating on one task at a time. Exercise can improve your mood, reduce stress, and regulate hormones. Try restful movements like yoga or stretching.

Blaming can lead to arguments and resentment. Try to understand your loved ones point of view by asking questions and reflecting back what you've heard.
