A Patient with a 20-year history of infertility along with complaints of frequent me**es came in 2019.After the TVS scan she diagnosed with bilateral hydrosalpinx and poor ovarian reserve. Under Dr. Sunita Pandey's care, she underwent Lapro-hysteroscopy with salpingectomy. Suspected abdominal koch's led to a 6-month Anti-tuberculosis treatment. Her first embryo transfer using donor oocytes failed, and she paused treatment.

In 2024, she returned and was found to have multiple seedling fibroids (AFC 7–8). Dr. Sunita Pandey Madam performed a successful Lapro- hysteroscopic myomectomy. Four months later, o**m retrieval was done using her own eggs. High-quality embryos were obtained, and an embryo transfer on 11/11/2024 led to a confirmed pregnancy (beta-HCG 1500 mIU/ml) and a single gestation on scan.
