A woman presented with swelling in nape
Of neck on left side for CEMRI neck.

MRI showed a T2, STIR bright lesion
showing flow voids and post contrast
enhacement.
Complimentary CT cut taken showed
multiple small calcifications s/o phleboliths.
Complimentary USG done showed multiple
comressible vessels showing non pulsatile
venous flow.

Diagnosis:-
SLOW FLOW VENOUS MALFORMATION.
