Life is Very easy provided our thinking remains easy

I know one patient who gets angry and get tensed up for small issues n become sensitive,
He brought his son with the complaint that his son is getting angry and getting into fight, Not studying and not concentrating on the. Studies
When I made him realise that it is his behaviour which is transformed and descended to his Son he had realised and my counselling to the boy personally made his study well,. Now he is into good at studies and cooling down the mind with Meditation and thinking before getting angry
Counselling does wonders in life 👍
