Conduction system pacing (CSP) is a technique of pacing that involves implantation of permanent pacing leads along different sites of the cardiac conduction system and includes His bundle pacing and left bundle branch pacing.
Today we have done it first time at our cath lab on a 75 year old gentlemen with Dialted cardiomyopathy and EF 15% with LBBB morphology. QRS is significantly narrowed down.

Chest pain is the cardinal symptom of blockage in your heart. Yes it is the most common symptom.
A patient, 41 years old, male, smoker had came to consult me for his symptoms of repeated senselessness. He had gone to neurologist, taking anti convulsants, to physician, taking antidepressants, even to ojha, using jolpora tabiz maduli. Still he is having syncopal attacks mostly after exertion. On detailed history he gives a history of heaviness of chest before syncopal attacks on few occasion. His ECG, Echocardiography, Holter was absolutely normal. I pusued him to go for angiography despite his reluctance.

CAG shows significant critical stenosis in proximal part of Left anterior descending artery(LAD), which is the most important artery supplying the major LV muscle mass. That's why he was having exertional syncope.

Proper measure has been taken to correct the block. Patient is stable now.

So, don't think that only chest pain is the symptoms of blockage of coronary arteries. Always consult a PROPER cardiologist, before everyone stamping the case as functional.

আমাদের শরীর যদি একটা ছোট্ট শহর হয় তবে এই শহরের প্রধান সমাজবিরোধী হচ্ছে কোলেষ্টেরল। এর সাথে কিছু সাঙ্গ পাঙ্গ আছে। তবে একেবারে ডানহাত ট্রাইগ্লিসারাইড। এদের কাজ হচ্ছে রাস্তায় রাস্তায় মাস্তানি করে রাস্তা block করা , শহরকে ব্যতিব্যস্ত রাখা। হৃৎপিন্ড হলো এই শহরের প্রাণকেন্দ্র। শহরের সব রাস্তাগুলো এসে মিশেছে প্রাণকেন্দ্রে। সমাজবিরোধীর সংখ্যা বেশী হলে কি হয় আপনারা সবাই জানেন। এরা নিত্য নতুন হাঙ্গামা বাধিয়ে শহরের প্রাণকেন্দ্রকে অচল করে দিতে চায়।
আমাদের শরীর নামক শহরে কি পুলিশ নেই ? যারা মাস্তানদের ক্রসফায়ার করবে, তাদের ছত্রভঙ্গ করে জেলে‌ ভরবে ?
হ্যাঁ, আছে। তার নাম H D L এই ব্যক্তি পাড়ায় পাড়ায় মাস্তানী করা এসব মাস্তানদের রাস্তা থেকে তুলে এনে জেলে ভরে রাখে। জেল মানে লিভার । লিভার এইগুলোকে বাইল সল্ট বানিয়ে শহরের পয়নিষ্কাশন লাইনের মাধ্যমে (পায়খানার সাথে) শহর থেকে বের করে দেয়। কি অদ্ভুত শাস্তি মাস্তানদের!
আর একজন আছে L D L.
তিনি‌ আবার ক্ষমতালোভী। তিনি ক্ষমতার জোরে তাদের জেলখানা থেকে তুলে আবার রাস্তায় বসিয়ে দেন।মাস্তানদের মাতলামো তে পুরো শহরে জ্যাম লেগে যায়।
H D L হায় হায় করে দৌড়ে আসে। কিন্তু সে L D L আর মাস্তানদের যৌথ শক্তির সাথে পেরে ওঠেনা। পুলিশের (H D L) সংখ্যা যত কমে মাস্তানরা ততই উল্লসিত হয়।

শহরের পরিবেশ হয়ে ওঠে অস্বাস্থ্যকর।

এমন শহর কার ভালো লাগে বলুন?

আপনি মাস্তানদের কমিয়ে পুলিশ বাড়াতে চান?

তবে হাঁটুন।
আপনার প্রতি কদমে পুলিশ পোস্টিং (H D L) বাড়বে,
যত পুলিশ বাড়বে , ততই Cholesterol (মাস্তান) Triglyceride (মাস্তানের চামচে) , L D L কমবে।

আপনার শহর (শরীর) প্রানচাঞ্চল্য ফিরে পাবে।
আপনার শহরের প্রানকেন্দ্র (হার্ট) মাস্তানদের অবরোধ (হার্ট ব্লক) থেকে বাঁচবে।
আর শহরের প্রানকেন্দ্র (হার্ট) সুস্থভাবে বাঁচা মানে আপনিও সুস্থভাবে বাঁচবেন।

তাই সময় বা সুযোগ পেলেই হাঁটা শুরু করুন !!!
