What to Eat Before Your Workout 🏋️♂️
Fuel your body the right way to maximize performance and prevent fatigue! Here's what our trainers recommend for a perfect pre-workout meal:
✅ 1. Carbs Are Your Fuel
Eat complex carbs like oats, banana, or sweet potato 30–60 mins before workout. They give you sustained energy.
✅ 2. Add Some Protein
A small portion of boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, or whey protein helps with muscle support and recovery.
✅ 3. Stay Light, Not Empty
Avoid going completely empty or too full — both can hurt your performance. Go for a balanced snack if you're short on time.
✅ 4. Hydrate Well
💧 Drink water 20–30 minutes before workout. Even slight dehydration affects strength and focus.
