Staying active during pregnancy is beneficial for both mother and baby – but safety always comes first! 💕✨
✅ Try walking, yoga, or other low-impact activities
✅ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water
✅ Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise routine
❌ Don’t over-exert or push till exhaustion
❌ Stop if you feel dizzy or lightheaded
❌ Avoid exercising if you have pregnancy risk factors
