Truly heartbreaking. RIP Atul. As a psychiatrist, I see many cases where men suffer at the hands of women who file false cases. While I don’t know the truth in this instance, the reality is that these situations are all too common.
Women-friendly laws were introduced with the intent to protect and empower, but unfortunately, they have backfired in many cases. These laws have been misused, creating an environment where men and their families face undue hardship and injustice. The system, meant to offer protection, has unintentionally become a tool for exploitation. It’s crucial to rethink and reform these laws to ensure true justice, where both men and women are treated fairly and equitably. The law must protect all individuals, not create new avenues for misuse.
