I am the first person in the world to invent hybrid laser procedures for haemorrhoids and all types of perianal fistulas.

While other existing procedures have a recurrence rate of 10% to 30%, my procedures show a significantly lower recurrence rate of just 3% to 5%.

In the future, I believe these procedures will become the global standard.

At Fistulacon 2025 — a themed conference on fistula held at Osmania Medical College and organized by me — I presented these innovations. It was a landmark event that received a tremendous response from across India. 🙏🙏

this is supra levator supra shincteric fistula I did this this with out damaging levator ani complex by my procedure
I used 5 mm camera also to save re**al injury and to save levator ani complex
