Grandmaster Prabodh Achyutha has been teaching meditation for the last 20 years. He has mastered the art of Lucid Dreaming and Astral Travel, through which he has acquired immense knowledge, clarity and control. Workshops conducted by Master Prabodh, who is also known as the God of Dreams, have brought hundreds of meditators to self-realization. He has mastered the ability to enter a state of bliss at any time through his will alone. For the last 18 years, Master Prabodh has been able to turn his sleep hours into powerful meditation. He teaches and shares his experience and expertise in his signature workshop called Gudakesha. This workshop is 5 to 40 days long and provides the opportunity for every individual to become aware and learn to attain the state of thoughtlessness. He trains students who undertake any examinations for their education in how to reduce their sleep requirement to allow time for exam preparation. He has conducted workshops not only in India but also abroad (such as in England, Wales, the USA and Thailand) for hundreds of meditators who witnessed the bliss state through his guided meditation. Besides meditation, he has mastered taekwondo and also has a black belt in martial arts. He meditated for 35 hours at a stretch without breaks in one sitting. On another occasion, he did 522 hours of intense meditation with small breaks (for food and nature calls).
