I had the privilege of participating in the Next-Gen Surgical Robotics Applications panel at the PULSE Conclave 2026, hosted by the Government of Maharashtra.
It was a meaningful discussion alongside Dr. Ashwin Tamhankar, Dr. Sajal Sen, and other distinguished experts, with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra also present at the event.
We discussed the practical aspects of taking robotic surgery beyond select centers—focusing on training, standardization, accessibility, and cost considerations. As someone working in robotic surgical oncology, I shared my perspective on how these technologies are improving precision and outcomes in cancer care.
These conversations are important as we look at building systems that can deliver advanced care to more patients, not just in metros but across regions.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute and be part of this important dialogue shaping the future of healthcare.
