🛡️ అండాశయ క్యాన్సర్ నివారణకు జాగ్రత్తలు
✅ సాధ్యమైనప్పటికి ముప్పు తగ్గించుకునే మార్గాలు:
ప్రతి ఏడాది గైనకాలజిస్ట్‌ను సంప్రదించండి

పెల్విక్ పరీక్షలు చేయించుకోండి

కుటుంబ చరిత్ర గురించి వైద్యుడికి తెలియజేయండి

జన్యు పరీక్షలు (Genetic Testing)

BRCA1, BRCA2, లించ్ సిండ్రోమ్ ఉంటే క్యాన్సర్ ముప్పు ఎక్కువ

అవసరమైతే రక్షణాత్మక శస్త్రచికిత్స (ఊపొఫరెక్టమీ) పరిగణించవచ్చు

పుట్టుక నియంత్రణ మాత్రలు (Oral Contraceptives)

వీటిని 5 సంవత్సరాలు లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ వాడటం వల్ల ముప్పు తగ్గుతుంది

వాడకానికి ముందు డాక్టర్ సలహా తప్పనిసరి

గర్భధారణ మరియు బొట్టిచ్చే సమయం

పిల్లలు కలిగిన మహిళలకు ముప్పు తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది

ఆహారం మరియు జీవనశైలి

ఆరోగ్యకరమైన బరువు నిలబెట్టుకోవాలి

తాజా కూరగాయలు, పండ్లు, ధాన్యాలతో కూడిన ఆహారం తీసుకోవాలి

పొగ తాగడం, మద్యం తీసుకోవడం నివారించండి

🔍 ప్రారంభ లక్షణాలపై జాగ్రత్తలు:
ఈ లక్షణాలు ఎక్కువ రోజులు కొనసాగితే అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండండి:

పొట్ట నిండి ఉన్నట్లు భావన

నాబి లేదా కడుపు నొప్పి

తక్కువగా తినినా నిండినట్లు అనిపించడం

మూత్ర విసర్జనకు తరచుగా వెళ్లాలనిపించడం

అలసట, వెన్నెముక నొప్పి, మలవిసర్జనలో మార్పులు

ఈ లక్షణాలు 2 వారాలకు పైగా కొనసాగితే వెంటనే డాక్టర్‌ను సంప్రదించండి
