This month is an awesome month! Ataraxia is organizing back to back full day Wellness Workshops for the Corporates between Wednesday December 12th and Tuesday December 20th!

These workshops are like a magic trick. These power packed training sessions allow individuals to stabilize their Mind, Body and Spirit at a calm and serene natural environment (We Plan These Events At Beautiful Resorts), help align cross-functional teams on a common fun challenges, and aid in team building.

Having collectively worked on many Corporate Wellness Events, our workshop gurus love working with clients to ensure their objectives are met through a precise, consistent and stress free Employee Wellness event service.

We achieve all of this through combining our expertise in event planning, training sessions, team building fun games, and venue management into a superpower of creating bespoke solutions that can conquer all event needs.

“Thomas Edison tried two thousand five hundred different materials in the process of searching for a filament for the light bulb. None worked satisfactorily. So his young assistant complained, “So much work for nothing. We have not learnt anything so far.” Edison replied with confidence, “Really? Haven’t we learned that there are two thousand five hundred elements which we cannot use to make a good light bulb?”

Activate the energy centers(Chakras) to activate the natural self healing process of the body!

The seven chakras have been written about in ancient texts Yoga as important energetic centres which allow us to heal naturally from any big or small physical or mental diseases. They are not anatomical organs but rather subtle energy centres which coordinate the flow of vital energy through our body.

Chakras are closely related to the endocrine glands, and hence imbalances in the chakras will be expressed in disease, affecting the region of the chakra in the physical body and also as imbalances in the hormone secretion of the related gland.

For example a person often suffering from a sore throat or difficulty speaking and expressing herself could point to an imbalance of the throat chakra. Chest and chronic lung diseases as well as diseases like bronchitis could point to a clogged heart chakra.

To maintain physical health and emotional well-being it is crucial to constantly work on stabilizing and balancing the seven energy vortexes/Chakras in our body.

At Ataraxia, when we educate people about their Energy System, we encourage them to balance their energy vortexes or chakras. Our experienced counselor guide them through the Chakra activation process. With the regular practice, it brings about a balance within themselves, a stabilization of their energy system, which in turn makes them healthy, they start responding more calmly to any given situation and their life becomes relaxed and less stressful over the period.

Most of us focus on developing our skills, knowledge, and competence. Very few work to built and sustain their capacity - their energy - which is typically taken for granted. In fact, greater capacity makes it possible to get more done in less time at a higher level of engagement and with more sustainability.
Our wellness classes with bore this out.

Our program begins by focusing on three questions in each energy dimension — , , and .

In the initial few discussions we identify the ways and techniques for building and renewing the participant's energy system.

The first step identifies the lacking Physical Energy. It is scarcely news that inadequate , , , and rest diminish people’s basic energy levels, as well as their ability to manage their emotions and focus their attention. Nonetheless, many people don’t find ways to practice consistently healthy behaviors, given all the other demands in their lives.

The next step is focusing on Emotions which are generated by Mind. When people are able to take more control of their emotions, they can improve the quality of their energy and remove the distractions regardless of the external pressures they’re facing.

Finally, people tap into the energy of the Human Spirit when their everyday work and activities are consistent with what they value most and with what gives them a sense of meaning and purpose. If the work they’re doing really matters to them, they typically feel more positive energy, focus better, and demonstrate greater perseverance.
